Uline Offers:
Compensation between $25 - $27/hr, based on experience for English only representatives.
Compensation between $25 -$28/hr, based on experience for Spanish/English bilingual representatives.

Position Responsibilities
Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
For Bilingual CSR's only,you must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. This means you can communicate in professional language in either language without outside assistance.
Able to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.
Willing to work on-site at our office in Braselton, GA.
