ADP Representative Requirements:

  • Must have High School diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Military Experience a plus but not required
  • Basic Project Management/Coordination skills
  • At least 1 to 3 years’ experience working in a Customer Service/Support/Onboarding (within any industry)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong aptitude/comfort using multiple technologies & applications (after training)
  • Business Consulting & Payroll experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently & with a team
  • Must be willing/able to commute to office 3 days a week for hybrid role
