As a Customer Call Center Associate you will deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to telephone inquiries regarding customer credit card accounts in a fast paced, structured customer focused environment. While speaking with account holders, you will evaluate and analyze information to resolve inquiries by asking probing questions and offer solutions that benefit the customer.

All shifts are 8 hours. All schedules include 4 shifts during the week and one weekend. Shifts include:
All positions require completion of 4 weeks onsite paid training, Training hours for all shifts are Monday through Friday from 10am-6:30pm and meet all Federal and State safety mandates and guidelines. Our next training program is from 4/4 – 4/29. After training is complete you will then begin your regular schedule.
As there most likely will be a need for new employees to work remote after onsite training/coaching, we are requiring the following additional criteria to be met so new Associates can work productively and effectively until our office more fully reopens:
