The Associate Content Producer supports CareerBuilder+Monster by creating, publishing and QAing content within a CMS, with technical knowledge of HTML and other web technologies to produce high-quality content for various digital platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Assist with creating and maintaining learning and self-service content utilizing internal tools
• Support team in all aspects of production from concept to completion
• Work in a fast-paced environment and assist with creating content for a variety of learning platforms
• QA Testing Email Products daily
• Use analytic tools to make data-driven decisions for optimization
• Publish client & site content in timely manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative & editorial teams to maximize business efficiencies

Experience & Education

• 4-year advanced study/college degree is preferred
• 2 to 5 years experience preferred
• Must have 2+ years’ experience with CMS, preferably Drupal
• Must have 2+ years Email HTML experience
• Must have experience with QA’ing
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
