Job Responsibilities:
This is an ideal role for an individual who not only possesses an impeccable eye for detail but also thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will be integral in shaping the digital presence across all channels, from website design to email marketing and social media, as well as paid media campaigns, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience that resonates with an affluent audience and elevates the brand across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the design and development of digital assets across various channels and formats. Ensure adherence to brand standards to ensure consistency while optimizing every design for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across all platforms.
- Design and produce digital marketing materials, including email marketing, organic and paid social media marketing, and display media assets.
- Drive the design, layout, and production of marketing emails while developing new email templates that enhance customer engagement.
- Design the assets for website refreshes, including the homepage, landing pages, and features, while continually refining the user experience based on data-driven insights.
- Execute pixel-perfect designs and ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Leverage insights from analytics and heatmaps to refine designs, ensuring that the digital channels are as effective as they are visually appealing.
- Partner with leadership to brainstorm, ideate, and execute concepts that push the boundaries of the brand identity and digital experience while proactively identifying new opportunities to elevate the brand through innovative ideas that align with the vision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design
- Must provide a link to a portfolio on the resume
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Previous luxury experience in fashion, beauty, or agency environments is highly preferred
- Expertise in typography, hierarchy, and design systems, ensuring every asset is executed with pixel-perfection and impeccable detail
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices for digital design alongside post-production techniques, such as resizing, cropping, retouching, and color correction
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with the latest AI design tools
