The 2nd Shift Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and for visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing (such as patching holes or tears). Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. Quality assurance is a large part of the responsibilities with this role. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meaning the Garment Hanger/Inspector must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding those production standards. The Garment Hanger/Inspectors work weekdays only! No weekends!

2nd Shift Production Team-Garment Hangers Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Willing/Able to work 2nd Shift (2:30p-11p)
- Able to adhere to attendance policy, & display high levels of effort/commitment while completing work
- Willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Willing/able to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment w/ ability to quickly meet deadlines
- Ability to stand for most of shift & perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Ability to push bins of garments and hang them onto hangers.
- Must have excellent attention to detail with Quality Inspection or garments (correcting flaws/mistakes)
- Must possess interpersonal skills while collaborating with the team(respectful, courteous, & polite towards others)
- Must be committed to complying with safety rules and guidelines
