What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and develop new business-to-business accounts in an assigned territory
  • Conduct cold calling, set appointments, and present tailored safety solutions to prospects
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales goals and performance targets
  • Deliver and demonstrate product samples to potential customers
  • Leverage CRM tools and business intelligence to manage pipeline and prepare for sales calls

 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Can work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship

Preferred:

  • Experience with new B2B account development
  • Strong self-motivation and goal orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
