Hours/Schedules:

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
  • Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm + 4 hours of mandatory overtime
  • Night shift: 6:00pm-2:30am + 4 hours of mandatory overtime

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be willing to work weekends and overtime
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able to bend, twist and crouch throughout shift

Job Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing and Production Team Member is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment associated with the plant's machining and assembly operations in accordance with Company standards and operating procedures. He/she will be responsible for producing the quality outputs necessary to manufacture Automatic Transmissions and Transmission accessories.

  • Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process or use standardized procedures to assemble parts on an assembly line.
  • Meet daily production quantity targets based upon assigned production schedule and manufacturing leadership request.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with all manufacturing and safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform manual dexterity work involving fingers, hands, and arms in repeated motion.
  • Remove parts, machine attachments, or waste material from machines.
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
  • Report quality issues to supervisor to ensure that issues are investigated and corrected.
