DCS Corp is seeking an Operations Officer Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between organizational leadership and senior-level leaders, including leaders and staff within the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), as well as other key stakeholder organizations.

This is an onsite position in Warren, MI.

Shift hours/schedules:

  • Onsite (plant or customer location)
  • Hours: Varies by customer (Flexible work hours)
  • Days: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned program calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings; record and distribute meeting notes and action items to meeting attendees; provide the status of action items, reports, and other assigned tasks; and electronically store the material from these engagements.
  • Coordinate documentation and obtain required signatures.
  • Coordinate, revise, copy, and distribute materials for meetings, briefings, and conferences.
  • Perform duties as (or "serve as") an Assistant Product Manager within an Army weapon system acquisition program.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Experience with supporting government/DoD Property Management, Work Directives, Production Request, and/or Change Management.
  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED plus 16 years of experience, an Associate degree plus 10 years or a bachelor’s degree 8 years, or Master's degree 6 years’ experience in a specialized field; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or other related technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the last 10 years supporting the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs, and experience working on military acquisition programming (preferably ground combat vehicle systems experience).
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition reporting frameworks (e.g., Modernized Selected Acquisition Report (MSAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES))
