Our Maintenance Technicians are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs you approach obstacles head-on. If you relish the role of troubleshooter – and have a knack for solving mechanical challenges – our service tech position will keep you happily on your toes. There’s no boredom with this job, as your varied duties as the key support to our service manager includes keeping your community operating smoothly and according to safety standards while ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs. Your role is essential for maintaining our high level of customer service as well as the cleanliness and marketability of the community to renew and secure new leases. You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our “signature service”.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ Year of community management/building maintenance/related trade experience (renovation experience a plus!)

• Ability to read/write English & accurately perform basic mathematical functions

• Ability to work any of the 7 days of the week, 52 weeks of the year

• Valid driver's license/current auto insurance required (position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job’s functions)

• Must have/willing to attain HVAC, EPA, & other licenses/certifications as required (company will help attain!)

• Ability to move up to 50 pounds, use ladders to heights exceeding 8 feet, & work outdoors in temperatures above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit
