Twelve years as a Human Resources professional specializing in Recruitment/Staffing. Strong emphasis in the Aerospace industry with a focus on Engineering to include Systems, Projects, Aerodynamics, Programs and Flight Operations. Seven and a half years as a Healthcare recruiter with specialized interest in Allied Health, IT/IS and Nursing. Extended background in cold calling, web sourcing and strategic staff planning. Excellent relationship building skills with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining trust with all assigned business units.

With over 8 years of Recruiting experience, Kelli got her start in the industry like most Recruiters do, the good ole' third-party staffing agency life. After graduating with a Bachelors degree from The University of Georgia, Kelli went on to leverage a newly awarded Paralegal Certificate and recruit for Atlanta's finest law firms. Commission was fantastic and commission was hard to earn. Ultimately a nice sparkle on her left finger found her moving to her hubby's hometown of Savannah. Most third-party agency Recruiters dream of securing an in-house corporate position. In October 2010, that dream came true for Kelli. With a crisp blue badge, she swiped into Security Post 1 for the first time and began her corporate recruiting career at Gulfstream.

She is probably one of the best meal eaters in the world and has an obsession for all things Pottery Barn. Former University of Georgia Cheerleader, you can be sure to find Kelli at all home football games sporting her red and black!

River rats during the summer months, Kelli and her husband Matt enjoy spending time on their boat. New to the whole parenting thing, but absolutely loving every minute, they have one happy baby girl, Ella Scott!

Most Interesting Thing About Me: I go ALL IN. I was a 40-year-old bachelor living in a downtown loft with a basketball court in my living room. 4 short years later, I'm married with 4 kids and drive a minivan.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Monique served in the United States Air Force prior to settling in Savannah, Georgia. She held the position of Communications Specialist for the City of Savannah before joining GAP, Inc. as Associate Manager for 7 years. She matriculated from Savannah State University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis on Management. She developed an interest in human resources management which led to a position with PepsiCo Inc., Frito Lay division as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role Monique handled payroll, HRIS management, recruitment efforts, and employee relations duties. To further her career development in this area, she earned her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Monique joined Gulfstream in 2011 as a Staffing Screener and now serves as a Recruiter Sr. She is married to Captain Ben Herron of Savannah Metro Police Department, and has two sons Quinn and Zane, the latter of which is serving in the United States Air Force. Their daughter Amber has blessed the family with two grandchildren Kadian and Mekhi. Monique enjoys reading, and home design.

Most interesting thing about me: I am a born and raised, die hard Chicago Bears fan. Win or Lose...mostly Lose...but I still love them!

Why I love my job!: I love Gulfstream because of the innovative and strategic thinkers I get to work with daily. Creativity is contagious!

Most interesting thing about me: Very active within my community, coaching multiple sports as well as serving as a Youth Minister at our local church.

Why I love my job! - My job is undoubtedly the most rewarding and humbling position a person in the civilian world could have. I get the opportunity to help individuals that have sacrificed so much for our country and now are ready to move into the next chapter of their lives by becoming a part of a wonderful company like Gulfstream Aerospace. I have always had a passion for helping others so the ability to do this as a career has truly been a blessing.

Most Interesting Thing About me: The most interesting thing about me besides my obvious beauty (and sense of humor) is that I hold the most random certifications. I have obtained certifications for cosmetology, real estate inspection, personal accounting, mortuary science, certified nursing assistance and most recently ordained minister.

Why I love my job: I love my job because I get to meet and build relationships with different types of people sharing the same goal. That goal is to provide for our families. I love that I get to assist with that process.

Most interesting thing about me: I have only lived in two areas - Savannah, GA and San Diego, CA. Both have an amazing charm to them and I encourage everyone to visit them both :)

Why I love my job! The people :) I love helping others! This job gives me the satisfaction of helping our managers by finding great people to grow their team and business. In turn, I get to learn about the business and talk to candidates who may not know about our business or want to be part of it. Being able to talk about a company that I truly support and believe in for the product, the opportunities, and growth it represents, plus the positive impact on everyone. It's an awesome feeling.

Born and raised in Baytown, TX. In 2004, she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she moved to Savannah and decided to focus on a career in human resources. She obtained a position as a Human Resource Manager for Precision Pattern Interiors shortly after relocating. Since then, she has held several HR positions in different industries including roles with a strong emphasis in employee relations, benefits and recruiting. Staci joined Gulfstream in 2014 as a Recruiter II. She is married and has three children, two sons and a daughter.
