Client Innovation Centers

With support from the State of Michigan, and in close partnership with Michigan State University, IBM opened the Client Innovation Center: Lansing. This center provides innovative application development and support services to modernize older and less efficient IT systems for state and local government agencies and universities. Additionally, IBM supports solutions for North American-based, cross-industry Commercial and Federal clients with a focus on modernizing IT applications through technology excellence, tooling automation, and innovation.

Establishment of the center helps to centralize application support and increase efficiencies. In its network of global delivery centers, IBM has a set of integrated tools, processes and disciplines that are leveraged seamlessly in the Michigan center to deliver superior applications and services for clients.

Located in Cumberland, West Virginia, CIC Rocket Center is one of IBM’s Federal Data center sites. In this secure, shared space, IBM provides a full complement of management services specifically tailored for agencies with rigorous security standards.

The IBM ABL Data Center sites offer hosting services for customers requiring security capabilities from unclassified up to and including Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This is a recognized regional delivery center for technology, cloud, data center, analytics, service desk, application maintenance and development, enterprise content management and virtual engineering.

The Client Innovation Center Monroe opened in April 2015. The Center is currently located in Tower Place, midtown Monroe, and will move to its permanent location in the fall 2017, as the anchor tenant in Century Tower a 5-story state of the art office building and the centerpiece for Century Village. A brand new 88-acre planned community, Century Village will feature homes, restaurants, hotel, fitness center, market and so much more all within walking distance.

The CIC: Monroe at Century Village will be conveniently located directly across from the corporate headquarters for CenturyLink, an Anchor Client for the Center. IBM and CenturyLink will partner on research, development and product innovation initiatives.

The Center’s strategic location along the I-20 corridor in northern Louisiana makes it a natural fit for clients based in Dallas, Jackson and Little Rock; while its multi-faceted delivery capabilities and emerging skills make it a great choice for clients from across the US.

The center delivers high-quality, cost-competitive technology services to clients in North America demanding technical expertise in Business Analytics & Strategy, Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle), Interactive Experience & Mobile, and Application Development & Innovation. The Baton Rouge Center is part of IBM’s global network of GBS Client Innovation Centers and offers the benefits of a global center, plus additional advantages associated with close proximity to our clients in the US. This enables us to increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and speed, as well as offer access to a wide array of skills that help clients innovate faster and rapidly adopt new technologies.

The Client Innovation Center in Halifax supports the Canadian healthcare, financial and industrial sectors through a priority focus in mobile and analytics.
