MDI is immediately hiring Warehouse Distribution Supervisors & Warehouse Automation Supervisors to join our 2nd shift in Hickory, NC!
The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor & Warehouse Automation Supervisor are vital parts of the MDI team! These roles supervise the activities of warehouse personnel in automation of both inbound and outbound functions, while supporting all safety programs and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory agencies. They partner with other supervisors to balance labor, ensuring efficient shift operation and meeting goals. They are responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained and have the resources needed to successfully complete the workload. These roles are tasked with controlling costs through achieving productivity standards and employee involvement. They assist with employee schedules as well as time and attendance adjustments, as well as interviewing potential employees to help make hiring recommendations. Both roles will supervise operation to comply with all applicable FSMA regulation, as well as Company Food Safety Plan, policies, procedures, and standards. Must have at least 2+ years of Supervisory Experience
Experience within Automation Environment preferred but not required
