What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll oversee workflow, drive productivity, ensure quality, and keep your team safe and motivated.

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace
• Monitor production efficiency and quality
• Manage schedules, reports, and KPIs
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals

Hours/schedules:

• Start time: 4:30am
• Days: Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in production/warehouse
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Computer literacy and reporting accuracy
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must have Valid Driver’s License w/ clean driving record
• Must have 1+ yr. Face to Face Customer Service Experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal)
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening (hair)
