Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Sitel's Sales and Customer Service Representatives assist customers who potentially want to change their programming options. Each call is an opportunity to discuss features and benefits, informing customers of current TV or movie channel promotions while providing an outstanding and personalized customer experience.

• This is an inbound sales program. Sales Associates handle questions via the telephone addressing billing, upgrades or programming issues for satellite client.
• Effective communication skills with strong customer service acumen
• Navigate multiple tools and systems while interacting with customers
• Strive to deliver an excellent customer experience by listening attentively; solving issues and addressing needs

Education

High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience Target

Prior customer service experience preferred; 6 months sales experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrated sales aptitude, must be comfortable making the pitch and overcoming objections
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, flexible work environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation
• A continuous improvement mindset, we are always looking to do things better!
• Very comfortable learning new computer applications; must have the ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer
• Professional and articulate voice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurately type 25 words per minute
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit and drug screen

Pay Rate

Agents start $9.25/hr. ($.25 increase @ 90 days, $.50 @ 6 months which is $10.00/hr). Sales Associates receive a base pay and the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to $500 plus per month based on performance. As an added bonus for joining our team you will receive FREE satellite TV services (Premium Package) - valued at $1.54 more per hour or $260 per month.
