PAE is actively seeking cleared candidates with a security mindset to start or extend their careers in national security. We work with customers in the Intelligence Community (IC) to provide vital mission support; primarily in the physical security arena.

Physical security includes protection of hardware, software, data, personnel and networks against physical events and actions.

ABOUT US:

Internationally and domestically, we provide full life cycle physical security services in a classified client environment. We maintain safety and integrity of SCIFs around the world, while providing the personnel needed to assure proper clearance access.

IMMEDIATE HIRING NEEDS:

Intelligence Community Security Monitors- As a Security Monitor, you will be assigned to various locations within the Northern Virginia area and will be responsible for the security and integrity of the facilities. PAE will extensively train you on how to closely observe and surveil your surroundings and the activities of individuals working in and/or visiting sensitive facilities. You will contribute to the safety and security of your work environment and gain experience securing and surveying classified working areas and any sensitive documents.

 Qualifications:

  • Active Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI w/ Poly (Clearance upgrades available) *
  • This position requires visual observation of personnel working or visiting customer facilities
  • Possess good customer service skills, and the ability to describe incidents via verbal briefing and written report
  • Must successfully complete DCJS training within 90 days of hire

Construction Surveillance Technicians- Physically monitor uncleared construction workers and their behaviors, making sure everything is being built up to code; while also evaluating and developing physical, personnel and technical security practices. CST’s will be trained to operate cutting edge technical security devices, systems, and other monitoring devices while working on site.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI w/ Poly (Poly upgrades available) *
  • Background in providing security practices such as: executive protection, physical security, personnel security, site security.
  • Prior experience with blueprint reading and construction projects (personal, residential and/or commercial).
  • Required to work weekends, holidays, overtime and travel to different site locations as directed by CST management.

Protection Specialists- Closely observe activities of individuals working and/or visiting the customer facilities, while providing safe and secure environment in facilities where assigned. The protection specialist may be designated to provide both security zone coverage while working indoors, or compound facilities support working outdoors.

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance (Further clearance upgrades available) *
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess the visual acuity to observe the activities of other individuals from a moderate distance.
  • Must successfully complete Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security Officer training within 90 days of being hired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Screening/Metal Detection Officers- Conduct metal detection screening of all personnel entering and exiting secure areas to prevent the infiltration/exfiltration of unauthorized data bearing devices and electronics; escalating information about incidents that occur at the screening checkpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/poly
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with security control room equipment and operations, including metal detection screening, access control, intrusion detection and incident response protocol.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Access Control Officers- Perform technical inspections of all individuals and/or vehicles seeking access to the site, as well as conducting proactive patrols to ensure that no prohibited items are introduced into or onto the site. Ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter the site.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with security control room equipment and operations, including access control, badging, intrusion detection and incident response protocol.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
