- Connecticut locations: Bethel**($41-$48/hour), Newtown*($41-$46/hour), Ridgefield*($41-$46/hour), New Canaan*($41-$47/hour)
- New York locations: Poughkeepsie**($40.00-$51.00/hour), Albany($38-$44/hour), Utica($40.00-$43.00/hour)

Hours/Schedules:
Minimum Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Skilled nursing experience is preferred, not required
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
- Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting
- Be flexible with hours
