• Greater Portland, ME Metro Area (w/in 50 miles): Biddeford, Kennebunk*, Kittery*, Norway*, Yarmouth, Auburn*, Brunswick*, South Paris, Gorham
• Connecticut locations: Bethel**($41-$48/hour), Newtown*($41-$46/hour), Ridgefield*($41-$46/hour), New Canaan*($41-$47/hour)
• New York locations: Poughkeepsie**($40.00-$51.00/hour), Albany($38-$44/hour), Utica($40.00-$43.00/hour)

Hours/Schedules:

• Shift hours and days will range depending on location and facility (flexibility with hours and days if needed)

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Skilled nursing experience is preferred, not required
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
