Presidio is hiring a Remote Cisco Voice Consultant (Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Call Manager / Unified Communications Manager and Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
- Develop and write necessary Cisco CVP IVR applications in accordance with client requirements
- Responsible for implementation of a variety of voice patterns including Cisco and Contact Center applications and peripherals
Requirements:
- Over five years of experience in the networked voice, collaboration and call center environments
- Experience with the following CUCM, Unity, UCCE, CUPS, VG, CUBE, CER, and CVP
- Knowledge in ICM/CVP scripting and call control
