Patient Scheduler Contact Center: Arizona Diagnostic Radiology is a growing Radiology company looking for immediate new hires for our scheduling team at our Contact Center in Mesa, AZ.

We are looking for various individuals who want to start their healthcare careers or further develop their skills. There are multiple full-time positions are available for an assortment of Monday thru Friday day shifts with a rotating Saturday. 

This position requires making both outbound calls and answering inbounds calls from our patients or providers to schedule radiology exams at one of our many outpatient imaging centers. Accuracy and attention to detail are necessary to verify and update patient information and ensure a great experience. Other responsibilities include participating in various projects, meetings and completing other tasks and training as assigned. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, a willingness to learn, and has a positive attitude.
