As a Sales Associate, you can experience a long and rewarding career with us. We have a fantastic culture centered on our sales associates and their success. We are looking for individuals that are excited about helping our customers realize their dream space by sharing product knowledge and collaborative skills. Our sales associates make more than any other furniture retailer. These positions are 100% commissioned, giving you unlimited earning potential! There is HUGE growth potential with these positions with the abiliity to move up in management!

We believe in promoting from within. Management positions do require a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture industry working within a commissioned sales team, along with strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred). If you have a proven track record of leadership and a desire to succeed, you are ready to grow!

All of our Sales Team positions require the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
