As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be working diligently with your customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions that may include service issues, billing inquires, and product enhancement opportunities that will continue to drive customer satisfaction for our clients!  Current openings are for English speaking & bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Associates with Shift Differentials offered for Bilingual candidates!

Remote CSA Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Conversationally Bilingual in English & Spanish a PLUS but not mandatory
  • Must have desire to actively engage & listen to your customers
  • Ability to multitask while exhibiting empathy & provide solutions, focusing on one-call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly & efficiently and apply these concepts in real-time
 
  • Must have ability to work remotely at home with the following:
    • A Laptop or Desktop Computer with Windows 10 or 11 operating system
    • Internet Speeds: 20 Mbps down/10 Mbps up  (Note: Computer must connect via an ethernet, fiber, or cable to your modem or router- NO Satellite / Wi-Fi/ Mobil hotspot)
    • USB Headset
