Opportunities to grow within the company include:

• Boner - removing the bones out of the ham 
• Ham Skinner - removing skin from product
• Trimmer - trim fat off product
• Sanitation - cleaning/sanitizing facility after daily production is finished

Schedule:

• Full Time w/ Overtime (Mandatory)
• Production Hours:  6:00am - 2:30pm
• Sanitation Hours:   3:00pm - Midnight 
  

Pay Rate:

• $14.60 Starting Rate
• ** $0.25 Pay Increase for Sanitation Position **
• +$0.20 After 60 Days $14.80
• +$0.20 After 6 Months $15.00
• +$0.78 After 9 Months $15.78
• +$0.35 After 1 Year $16.13
• Yearly $0.65 Raise
• * Pay varies on job title & Union contract

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Occasional  Saturdays is mandatory
• Comfortable working in 35-40 degree temperatures
